RANJA CV COMMUNITY LEADER SUMMIT
WEDNESDAY NOV 3, 2021
Ranja CV hosted the first ever Community Leader Summit, in which we invited community leaders from Cabo Verdean organizations all over the world. In attendance at our November Summit were 48 community leaders representing 33 CV community organizations from 6 countries - Cabo Verde, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, and United States. This included 7 U.S. states (Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, Philadelphia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and California), as well as the District of Columbia (Washington, DC - US Capitol). VIRTUAL NETWORKING EVENT ON ZOOM (Cabo Verde & U.S.) Thursday April 8, 2021 6pm CV , 3pm U.S. (ET)
Ranja CV is excited to team up with Universidade de Cabo Verde in Mindelo, and the Cape Verdean Student Association of Boston College (U.S.) for a virtual networking night for CV university students all over the world! We’ll have presentations from students at UniCV & Boston College.
This event has passed. However, with great success, we are planning to host this event again next April! Please check back often for future events!

The Ranja CV Leadership Program Planning Committee will host a virtual panel of Cabo Verdean Shea High School Alumni (Pawtucket, RI (U.S.)) to discuss the topic of Resilience with the seniors of Shea. Ranja CV was invited to participate in the Shea High School Seminar Series by one of the biggest champions of the Cabo Verdean community, Chachi Carvalho. Thank you Chachi & Shea High School for this great opportunity! We are very excited to meet the students of Shea High School!
